Strawberry Coconut Milk Shake

Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen strawberries (hulled)
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk, either homemade or storebought
Method:

Place ingredients in a blender, and blend on high speed until smooth.

Chocolate Strawberry Milkshake Recipe


Ingredients
3/4 cup whole milk
3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
6 large fresh strawberries
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
Directions
  1. Mix milk and strawberries until blended
  2. Add ice cream and chocolate syrup
  3. Mix until desired consistancy, longer time for thicker shake.

Chocolate and Vanilla Milkshake

Ingredients

1 cup ice cold milk
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
3 tbsp. chocolate syrups
1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract

Preparation

Place ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup and vanilla extract in a blender.

Cover and blend on a high speed until ingredients are well-combined and the shake is the desired thickness.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy. Nothing tastes as good as an old-fashioned milkshake. It is a treat for adults and kids….

Blueberry Banana Smoothie

1 ripe medium banana
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup skim milk
pinch of cinnamon (if desired)
1/2 cup of crushed ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Banana Blueberry Milkshake & Canoes

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
two handful blueberries
1 1/4 glass cool milk
1 tspoon honey (I used raw Michigan honey)

Method:
Just put everything in the blender and pour it to glasses and serve immediately.

Here are some pictures from our canoe trip. The day was warm, the water cool and we saw ducks, geese, heron and other birds on the way. It was the perfect end to the perfect day which began with a glass of simply delicious milkshake.

Banana And Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 200ml Fresh ripe blackberries
  • 150g Plain yogourt (Greek style is available)                       
  • 2 Scoops ice cream
  • 250ml Milk (may need more)

Preparation                                                      

  1. Peel the bananas and rip them in small chunks, place them in the blender.
  2. Add the blackberries
  3. Add the yogourt
  4. Add the ice cream
  5. Add the milk
  6. Cover the blender. Activate on pulse several times.
  7. Continue blending on continuous mode until all is smooth.
  8. If the smoothie is too thick, you may need to add a little bit more milk.
You could replace the blackberries with raspberries, or even blueberries. You could also use frozen berries for the smoothie if you don't have access to fresh berries.

Blackberry and Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chilled blackberries
  • 1 1/2 cups chilled blueberries
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (optional)
  • 2 chilled glasses

Preparation:

Using a blender, process all the ingredients on high speed until they are smooth. Serve the berry smoothies in the chilled glasses.
This blackberry and blueberry smoothie recipe makes 2 servings.

Blueberry & Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, unsweetened
  • 1 cup pineapple and orange juice blend
  • 1 cup fat-free plain vanilla yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or sugar substitute such as Splenda.
  • 6 ice cubes
Preparation:
Place the blueberries, strawberries, juice, yogurt and sugar into the container of a blender. Process until smooth. Add the ice cubes, and blend until small enough to fit through a straw, but large enough to crunch on. Pour into glasses, and drink through straws.

Mango-Banana Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small mango - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg, or to taste
  • 2 cups milk

Directions

  1. Place mango, banana, and ice cream into a blender, and sprinkle with white sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour in milk and place the lid on the blender. Blend until smooth, then pour into cups to serve.

Strawberry Milkshake Recipe

 Ingredients

4 oz plain Yogurt
1 cup sliced Fresh Strawberries
2 Bananas
1 cup Cold Milk
1/2 Strawberry Ice Cream


Strawberry Milkshake Recipe Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker / stirrer and pour into an unusually shaped glass. Add Crushed Ice and decorations to create a great speciality drink from an easy to make recipe!

Banana & Strawberry Milk Shake

Ingredients:

2 - ripe bananas, peel and sliced
10-12 - frozen strawberries, sliced
1\2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cup milk, chilled
3 1\2 cups vanilla ice cream 


Method:
 
Place bananas, strawberries and 1 cup milk into a blender and blend until smooth. Add vanilla ice cream and vanilla extract, with the motor running, add remaining milk and blend, until it is thoroughly mixed.

Blackberry Milkshake

 Ingredients

2 ice cubes
1 cup blackberries
2 tablespoons sugar
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk

 Directions

Place the ice cubes in a blender or food processor and process to crush. Set aside 4 of the blackberries and add the remaining berries to the blender or food processor along with the sugar. Puree until smooth.
Add the ice cream and milk, and process until smooth or to the desired consistency. Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish with the reserved berries.
Serve immediately.
Serves 2.

Blueberry Breakfast Milkshake

 
 Ingredients:
 
2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1 1/4 cups apple juice
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Directions are real easy. Just throw everything in the blender and blend until smooth.

Classic Vanilla Milkshake

 
 Ingredients:
 
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1-1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons sugar

Directions

In a blender combine ice cream, milk, vanilla and sugar. Blend until smooth.

Strawberry and Mango Milkshake

Ingredients


* 1/2 cup of skim milk

* 1/3 cup of low fat plain yogurt

* 2 tsp. vanilla extract

* 3 tbsp. of honey

* 1 mango, peeled and roughly chopped

* 10 hulled strawberries

* 6 ice cubes

Makes 2 shakes.
Discription:
               Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 15 seconds...Enjoy!! *Remember to put the liquids on the bottom;).

Banana Milkshake

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp sugar syrup
  • 2 mashed banana
Method:
  • Blend very well, preferably in a household mixer. Serve in a wine glass, garnish with whipped cream and a piece of banana.
  • Banana Milkshake is ready to serve.
  • Serve immediately.

CHOCOLATE MILK


Ingredients

    8oz. 1%low fat milk 1TB. COCOA-UNSWEETEN 1TB. SPLENDA 4oz. WARM WATER


Directions

ADD COCOA AND SPLENDA TO A 12-16oz.GLASS AND MIX LIGHTLY.ADD 4oz. OF WARM WATER TO THE CHOCOLATE MIX AND STIR TILL SMOOTH . ADD MILK ,STIR, AND ENJOY A REAL TREAT.

FRUIT WITH TIANA COCONUT MILK

Ingredients:

100 ml TIANA Premium Coconut Milk
3 tablespoons custard sugar
500 g fresh fruit cut into pieces of your choice (bananas, strawberries, pineapple, mango etc.)


Method:  

  1. Combine TIANA coconut milk with custard sugar and cool in freezer. Before serving mix up fruit with coconut milk and serve immediately.

  2. Instead of fresh fruit you can use fruit in tin, just dry fruit well before combining with coconut milk.

  3. Instead of fresh fruit tinned fruit can be used.

Pistachio Milk

3 tablespoons raw pistachios
3½ cups milk
6 saffron threads
2 tablespoons sugar
Reserving 4 pistachios, place the rest in a blend and pulse a few times. Add ½ cup milk and blend until smooth. Slowly add another cup of milk and blend again.
Place this mixture plus the remaining milk and the saffron in a thick-based saucepan. Bring rapidly to the boil, stirring all the time. As soon as it froths, remove from the heat. Do this twice more and then turn off the heat.
Dissolve the sugar in the hot milk and then strain into the blender. Blend well until the milk is frothy.
Slice the reserved pistachios into slithers and serve the milk warm, sprinkled with the chopped nuts.
