Banana And Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 200ml Fresh ripe blackberries
  • 150g Plain yogourt (Greek style is available)                       
  • 2 Scoops ice cream
  • 250ml Milk (may need more)

Preparation                                                      

  1. Peel the bananas and rip them in small chunks, place them in the blender.
  2. Add the blackberries
  3. Add the yogourt
  4. Add the ice cream
  5. Add the milk
  6. Cover the blender. Activate on pulse several times.
  7. Continue blending on continuous mode until all is smooth.
  8. If the smoothie is too thick, you may need to add a little bit more milk.
You could replace the blackberries with raspberries, or even blueberries. You could also use frozen berries for the smoothie if you don't have access to fresh berries.
