Blackberry and Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chilled blackberries
  • 1 1/2 cups chilled blueberries
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (optional)
  • 2 chilled glasses

Preparation:

Using a blender, process all the ingredients on high speed until they are smooth. Serve the berry smoothies in the chilled glasses.
